Optimising and Maintaining Product Data Within the Inventory System.
Your opportunity at Merford
At Merford, we work with a wide range of acoustic materials stored in our warehouse. Currently, essential product information such as dimensions and weights is missing or incomplete within our systems. This can lead to inefficiencies and errors in inventory management and business processes.
During this internship, you will focus on identifying, checking, and completing product data to help ensure our systems become complete, accurate, and reliable. You will also contribute ideas on how this data can be maintained in a structured and sustainable way in the future.
Your responsibilities include:
- Inventorying the current assortment and stock in the production hall
- Checking existing product data in the system
- Identifying missing or incorrect information
- Accurately entering and completing product information
- Verifying and validating entered data
- Contributing ideas for improving data management processes
- Preparing practical recommendations for maintaining product data in the future
By the end of your internship, the product data within the assortment will be accurately recorded and gaps in the existing data will have been identified. You will also deliver practical advice on how to maintain this data going forward.

You bring:
- You are currently studying towards an MBO qualification in Business Administration, Logistics, or IT (3rd year)
- A structured and accurate way of working
