Application Manager ERP & Data
Do you want to work in a technically oriented organisation where IT has a direct impact on production, projects, and business processes? And are you looking for a role in which you not only manage applications, but also actively contribute to process improvement and optimisation? Then we are looking for you.

Your opportunity at Merford
As an Application Manager / IT Specialist at Merford, you will be responsible for the management and further development of our core applications, including Exact ERP and Synergy CRM. You not only understand the technical side of applications, but also how business processes operate within a project- and production-driven environment. This enables you to effectively support users while contributing to structural improvements across the organisation.
You will work independently on optimisations, improvement projects, and complex issues. In doing so, you easily switch between technology, users, and external suppliers. You look beyond incidents alone and translate organisational needs into practical and future-proof solutions.
You will also contribute to the further professionalisation of Power BI, our data warehouse, and management reporting. Processes such as order-to-cash, project progress, and production insight play an important role in this.
Merford operates within a hybrid IT environment with primarily cloud-based infrastructure. Functional and technical application management is handled internally, while office automation, including Microsoft 365, Windows workplaces, and network services, is managed by an external IT partner.
You will work closely with the Application Manager, IT Project Manager, and IT Manager within a small, professional, and engaged team with plenty of room for initiative and improvement.

- Working on optimisation and improvement projects

What you bring to the team
