The M-series M47 is a high-performance steel door developed for environments where high levels of sound insulation are required. The door combines a robust construction with very high acoustic performance, effectively limiting sound transmission. It is available as a single or double leaf and can be manufactured to open left- or right-handed, allowing it to integrate easily into a wide range of installations.
The door features a durable double-skin construction with galvanised steel sheets and delivers a weighted sound reduction of Rw = 47 dB, providing excellent sound insulation where acoustic performance is the primary requirement. With a standard door leaf thickness of 75 mm and a mass of approximately 35 kg/m², the door ensures a stable and durable closure. The M47 is supplied without fire resistance and is ideally suited for applications where acoustic performance is the main priority.
